POSTAGE POLICY

I aim to keep postage costs low by charging a flat rate for regular and express postage. If you are unhappy with the cost of postage, please message me for a custom quote.

Prices vary with factors such as Express Post, Regular Post, size, weight, and extras including Signature on delivery or Insurance on all items over $100.

  • This includes tracking for you to track your parcel and its location and timeframe.
  • Alternatively, a local pick-up can be arranged for local customers or customers who are travelling to the Riverina and will come to where we are located in Gobbagombalin, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650.

Postage for items over $100 will require insurance at an additional charge through Australia Post to you the customer. This is now required on any items valued at $100 or over going through the post. This is to cover both yourself and my business if, on the off chance, a parcel goes missing through Australia Post. *Please allow up to 7 days for parcels to be sent during peak times. If you need something quicker don’t hesitate to get in touch with us or put it in your cart and we can organise express post.

POSTAGE METHODS

We offer the following types of postage:

Standard Post: sent via Australia Post. This is their Parcel Post-primary option. If you require a signature upon delivery, you will need to opt for Express Shipping (Signature Required).

  • Express Post: sent via Australia Post. These will require a signature on collection and authority to leave if you are unable to be there for collection.
  • Please get in touch with us if you wish to have your package sent via Express.
  • Additional charges will be added.
  • Local Pick Up: This can be arranged via our contact form.
PLEASE NOTE
  • Please leave us a message to determine the additional postage cost if you want Express Post.
  • It may not be possible to capture a Signature on Delivery when delivering to Post Office Boxes or Parcel lockers where the receiver has given us authority to deliver without requiring a signature.
  • In the unfortunate event of missing/lost/damaged parcels. Laneway Bespoke Design is not liable nor responsible as this is now in the hands of Australia Post.  Signature on Delivery is used to eliminate the chances of this hopefully.  Any inquiries need to be made with Australia Post.  I am happy to provide as many details to assist you in this process.
